We were lucky one evening to come across a group of Geladas on the edge of the plateau with the setting sun directly behind them. We all took lots of backlit images which we think are very effective although difficult to correctly expose and process. The amount of detail in the face and the amount of rim lighting is a very personal opinion so hopefully at least one of the following is to your taste.
