LATEST IMAGES - FEBRUARY

Most of our photographic time this month has been spent in our garden, it certainly has cut down the petrol costs! We have been lucky with up to 3 Jays visiting to hoover up the peanuts spread over a quiet corner of the garden. A small number of Goldfinches have also been regular visitors, with one in particular waiting in the bushes while we sprinkle Nyger seeds in the Teasel heads and then immediately coming down to feed. The great Spotted Woodpeckers, two males and one female have now become used to their nut feeder being nailed to a different log almost everyday. Siskins have not been as numerous as last year and we don't seem to have yet produced a good Nuthatch picture this year.
