GANNETS IN FLIGHT

COMMON TERN CALLING

A few Common Tern were also seen on Inner Farne. This one was sitting on a National Trust recruitment board and called when anybody walked past.

SANDWICH TERN WITH FOOD

Inner Farne also has a Sandwich Tern colony. This is a little too far away to photograph but good flight shots are possible as the Terns fly backwards and forwards feeding their young.
