We were incredibly lucky with Leopards, seeing four in one day in the Seronera area of the Serengeti.

These tiny animals are so attractive with their great big ears which they use for listening for prey items (mainly insects and rodents) in the long grass. They mate for life and small family groups live in underground burrows. They are mainly nocturnal although we did come across some at dawn and dusk.
