Adelie Penguins are only found in true Antarctica and are only on their breeding grounds for a very short time. The adults can get very messy in the colonies from all the droppings and most of the images of clean birds were taken as they came from the sea going back to their chicks. There were many adults resting on icebergs which made some nice images.
