Stinky Bay on Benbecula on the Outer Hebrides provided us with a good opportunity to get close waders feeding on the wrecked sea weed. Dunlin, Turnstone and Sanderling were coming too close to the car parked on the jetty to focus with the 500mm lens, not as though we were complaining!
