Bempton RSPB reserve in Yorkshire is a place we haven't visited for a number of years. My first visit was in the 1980's when the breeding Gannet population was below 100 pairs. Now there over 12,500 breeding pairs and it is the only mainland breeding colony in the UK. Thankfully our visit coincided with some agreeable weather and for a day at least the wind direction was perfect for some flight shots.
