As well as the seemingly ever present Blue-footed Boobies we saw Red-footed and Nazca Boobies but on a smaller number of islands. The Nazca Booby is very similar to the Masked Booby we have seen in the Gulf of Mexico and is endemic to the Galapagos, while the Red-footed is an endemic sub species and is the smallest of the three Boobies found in the Galapagos and nests in trees.
