Staple Tor on Dartmoor is an ideal sunrise or sunset location for landscape photography. It was a shame we only had a bit of colour on one of our two evening visits but it has wetted our appetite to come back in the future and try again. We did get a bit distracted by the very cute Dartmoor Pony Foals we encountered there.
