Having just bought the Canon R5 mirror less camera, we were keen to try it out and the garden birds coming to our feeders gave us the ideal opportunity. We pre-focused on a spot just to the left of the feeder and having made sure there was a decent background, it was just a matter of firing away when the birds flew towards the feeder. Thankfully there were plenty of birds, especially Goldfinches. With 20 frames a second it was incredible how many images we took. It seemed to take us longer to delete the out of focus images than it did to take them!Thankfully there were some in focus!
