It is always nice to see something new and during our recent stay on Skokholm the bird ringers caught a Bonelli's Warbler presumed to be the Western race, a first for both of us. While checking one of the Heliogoland Traps a huge Convolvulus Hawk-moth was found, the first for this year, and for us, but since another seven have been seen which is a near record number of this migrant species on the island..
