As well as the Hummingbirds and Tanagers we were treated to a fine display of Antpittas. Each Lodge seemed to have their own tame Antpitta enticed out into the open with worms of varying types. We dipped out at the first Lodge and we wondered if would see any but we needn't have worried. It was amusing to see at one Lodge the local guide using a large water pistol to 'discourage' other birds from running off with the worms.
