Filey Brigg on the Yorkshire coast was a great place to photograph waders on the rocky beach. They were probably very approachable because of the number of people who used the beach for walking their dogs although it was slightly annoying when a dog bounded over to see what was I was doing and put the waders up and I had to start stalking them again. I maybe wrong but I feel there were so many people about because the car parking charges had just been removed for the winter! Turnstones were the commonest wader on the beach and I particularly enjoyed trying to capture the energy they put into their bathing.
