LATEST IMAGES - SUTHERLAND2

As the weather was so benign at the beginning of our week in Sutherland we took the opportunity to get up high onto the hills. The first day we went up Arkle which was a long walk over scree slopes, not difficult but tiring even coming down. We managed the south summit but decided the north summit was a bit too far and the way we felt when we got back we certainly had made the right decision. It was a great day out with hardly a breath of wind at the top but most of the images we kept we took at the bottom! We also went up Ben Stack mainly to take images of Arkle and Foinavon and again the best images were not from the top.
