Galapagos Sea Lions seemed to be everywhere during our recent trip. They were on every beach, on docks and accompanied us on many of our snorkels. Normally they seemed interested in our presence and not at all threatening although one seemed to take a dislike to Helen and wouldn't let her pass on a beach and one large male certainly made sure we knew who was boss during a snorkel. Even though we had gone to the Galapagos mainly for the photography, one of the highlights was to watch these agile mammals effortlessly streak past us underwater.
