While at Seward we treated ourselves to a trip out in the bay on one of the touristy big boats. Again the weather was ideal with flat seas and blue sky. We got quite close to a pod of Orcas and saw a few late Puffins, Humpbacked Whales and lots of Kittiwakes. These big boats are not deal for wildlife photography but it was definitely worth doing once especially in such glorious weather. We also walked to Portage Glacier near Whittier.
