The Sunshine Coast just north of Brisbane certainly lived up to its name during our visit in July. The weather was fabulous and very warm so goodness knows what it is like in the summer! Our friend who very kindly put us up (or put up with us) had probably the best view of the coast from her tenth floor apartment. It was a privilege to wake up with such a view.
