There were a good range of species at San Isidro although many of the smaller birds were difficult to obtain good quality images of without heavy cropping. Overall the trip was a great success with the group gelling well and Jess Findlay being an excellent leader and good company. We learnt a great deal about flash use and although we will probably not use it much in the UK, it is always nice to have another tool in our armoury.
