Much of the photography at Sani Lodge was done from canoes. They were relatively stable and we each had enough room for a tripod. There was a bit of 'discussion' to make sure we could all get a good angle onto the birds but mostly the birds were cooperative and were reasonably tolerant of a canoe full of photographers bearing down on them.
