Probably the least enjoyable part of our recent trip to Indonesia was the visit to see the Komodo Dragons. The Dragons themselves were most impressive but spent most of the time we were on the Islands around the cafe, smelling the food and not moving very much which wasn't the best for photography. It also felt a bit like Jurassic Park with the cafes and souvenir shops. We also did some excellent snorkeling off Pink Sand Beach but as there was no mention of this in our itinerary we didn't take our underwater camera. This was a great shame as we also snorkeled for quite a while with 5 large Manta Rays, something we doubt we will ever have the chance to do again..
