We are always on the look out for more unusual wildlife photographic destinations and subjects and  a short trip to Sardinia to photograph Eleonora's Falcon certainly fitted the bill. The short trip certainly left much to be desired in organization but the birds were fantastic and made up for the small, restrictive and uncomfortable hides. These Falcon's are unusual in breeding late in the season when they can feed their young on the migrating birds on their way to Africa for the winter.
