Since our last visit to RSPB Minsmere a few years ago the number of Barnacle Geese seem to have increased. They roosted on the scrapes most evenings and it was a pleasure to see and hear them flying out in the morning to feed and then watch them come back as the sun set. It was also nice to get good views of the many Black-tailed Godwits at the reserve.
