Flight photography of the Eleonora's Falcons during the recent trip to Sardinia was quite difficult as we were in hides most of the time during the best time for the light and the hides were not set up to be able to see the birds coming onto the cliffs which was a shame. At the end of a couple of sessions we did spend a little time trying to capture these magnificent birds in flight but they were generally a little too far away even with a big lens and a crop camera.
