LATEST IMAGES - FOREST OF DEAN2

The Canon R5 mirrorless camera  has a much improved sensor over our previous cameras and we have been able to use up to ISO 3200 with little detectable noise. This has allowed us to take hand held images in the Forest where before the noise would have been too great with reasonably fast shutter speeds. The Image Stabilisation in the camera has also allowed usable images even at very low shutter speeds. It has been great being able to go for walks with the R5 and either the 800mm F11 or the 100-400mm lens knowing we stand a reasonable chance of obtaining some images. The Fallow Deer have been very visible provided we go out just before dusk.
